For the foreseeable future due to the COVID-19 outbreak we would ask our clients to:

1: Phone and make an appointment; if you have more than one pet to be seen, please tell us so that we can put aside more time for each clinical examination.

2: Phone ahead for prescriptions; if possible give us 24 hours’ notice.

3: Phone ahead for worm, flea and tick treatments plus any food

requirements.

4: If you are feeling unwell or displaying symptoms of COVID-19 and you don’t have anyone to fulfil your appointment or collect a prescription etc, then please phone the clinic and we will endeavor to do all we can to help you.

Again, due to the unprecedented disease outbreak that is now global, we would like to thank all our clients for their cooperation regarding the above matters. This is especially in relation to arriving at the clinic ONLY with an appointment and also on time for that appointment.
